Welcome to Modern Compound. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, store, and services (the "Services"), operated by M/S Lean Leaf] ("Modern Compound," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Services or place an order. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You can register using your email, phone number (via one-time password), or a Google sign-in.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We sell nutritional and dietary supplement products. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided to the best of our knowledge and may be updated at any time without notice.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information, and to limit, refuse, or cancel any order — including where a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you in full.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may change.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and payment is received.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
We are not responsible for any bank, card, or payment-gateway charges applied by your provider.

5. Preorders and Deposits

Certain products may be offered for preorder before stock is generally available. For preorders:

You pay a 50% deposit to reserve your unit at the time of order. Your order is not dispatched at this stage.
When stock is ready, we will contact you (by email, and where possible by phone or WhatsApp) to collect the remaining balance.
Your order is dispatched only after the full balance is paid. If the balance is not paid within the timeframe we communicate, we may release your reservation and refund your deposit in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Estimated dispatch windows shown for preorder products are indicative and may change; we will keep you informed of material changes.
Deposit and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines, charges, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms. Please review them before ordering.

Please read carefully.

Our products are dietary/nutritional supplements, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Information on the Services is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Consult your physician or a qualified healthcare provider before using any product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are giving a product to a child or elderly person.
Individual results may vary. Do not exceed recommended usage. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

You agree not to use the Services to: violate any law or regulation; infringe our or others' intellectual property or other rights; upload harmful, false, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfere with their operation; or use the Services for any fraudulent or malicious purpose.

All content on the Services — including our name, logo, product names, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Modern Compound and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use it without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on third-party providers (including hosting, authentication, email, payments, and shipping) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modern Compound and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Compound from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
